"I have used Pro Plumbing for years, and their quality has remained top-notch (some companies start out with stellar quality and service, but degrade over time). Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system. He was very helpful with good practical pointers about longevity for the toilets (how to read flow of incoming water), frequency for flushing the hot water heater, where to turn off the water in a crisis, turning it off at the street--and what tools to have, among other tips. Also the critters to watch out for--black widows, for one, when lifting the meter cover.

"I had heard good things about Alpine and decided to give them a try.  I called right before lunch and asked if they could send someone out to get my air conditioning working.  Alpine was willing to accommodate my schedule on a work day and showed up on time.  Met with Ricky and explained the situation.  Prior to coming inside, he put on some little booties so as not to bring in any unwanted dirt or dust.  He evaluated the situation and explained that the drain line was stopped up and that the aux drain pan had water in it which shutdown the system.  Ricky cleared the line and removed the water from the pan so that the float switch would reset.  Shortly thereafter, the AC was running again and starting to cool off the house.  

From the initial phone call to the dispatcher to the service to the cost, and emailed receipt, I was completely satisfied.  I would highly recommend Alpine HVAC Services to my friends and others.

"It went great, Mr. Lindsay showed up on time and got right to work. It didn't take long at all to clean the vent. He told me our vent wasn't blocked but most likely would have been within the next year. I walked outside after he left to make sure the crawl space door was closed, it was. I also looked at the area where the dryer vent comes out (under the deck). I could see they got quite a bit of lint out. I am very pleased with the service. He also told me he cleans air vents inside the house but he wasn't pushing the service at all, just making me aware in the event I need it or would like to have it done. He gave me a very reasonable quote for that service."

"Had old CPVC replaced with PEX. Required demolition of drywall for complete replacement for 3 bedroom 2. Full bath house son to be 4 bedroom 3 full bath. Sophia and her crew performed flawlessly would highly recommend great troubleshooting skills work was done on time and time without water was 24 hours.
