"From my first contact with Continental Plumbing I received professional and courteous care. They were the third or fourth company I had called, but by far the best in their systems and process. They responded to me quickly, followed up timely, gave me a fair and comparable estimate and performed the job as needed. Their invoice was very detailed and they guaranteed their work in writing, also sending me the plumber's license upon request. At every step of the way I was informed on the process. I had a gas leak and PSEG shut off the gas into the house so that I could fix it. I got bids from two companies (the price from both was almost identical), one of which was Continental, and both told me that the pipes were so old I should just replace the entire gas line rather than seek the leak foot by foot. Continental is also one of the cleanest contracting company I've worked with in the 15 years I have had my home. They protected my belongings before starting and cleaned up well. I documented with before and after photos as they progressed and they didn't mind at all. Also, it must be said, I had this work done while we're still under many COVID-19 regulations. They worked all day in their masks and that didn't hinder them at all from doing a job well done. They went above and beyond. They will be my go-to plumber for anything in my house going forward. PSEG just left and did their reinspection and all is good and their work passed inspection. My gas has been turned back on. I truly appreciate the work they put in and I'm glad I found them. They treated me like a customer that mattered and not like a number or dollar sign. They made a stressful situation better and kept my stress from escalating. Thanks Continental!"

"David and his team are always on time and deliver exceptional quality work. I did 3 big projects with them over last 2 years and will hire them again if needed. His estimates are very accurate and he will tell you when the project should be done. I recently had to call them right before 4th of July due to my boiler not firing. He came next day and quickly found the issue (the back draft sensor triggered and had to be reset). He explained why this usually happens and how to reset it myself. He and his crew had a project in my area and due to that didn't charge for this visit. This is the honest plumber I was looking for!"

Even offered financing if needed. Then Ryan (Install Manager) stops by the day before the install to checkout site and make sure he's got everything covered. Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. "The plumber, Bill was prompt and professional. He was available to do all of the work on the same day as the walk through and estimate. A written estimate was prepared within fifteen minutes of the preliminary inspection. The repairs and replacements took almost all day but it was because it was three different projects throughout the house and he had to get parts. Bill explained exactly what needed to be done for each fixture/ pipe and any options available. The final price was slightly higher than the estimate only because of an unforeseen issue with the fixture manufacturer and it was explained as soon as the problem became apparent to the plumber. Bill was also friendly and wore the appropriate face protection at all times due to the current heath crisis."
