"Sebastian came to my house to provide an estimate for an air quality test. I described the odor I was concerned about. He immediately spent some time determining the source of the odor (most likely a dead rodent in the wall of a storage closet) in my house. He recommended a good exterminator to open walls and remove the offending rodent but also advised how I could do it myself easily (and much cheaper). I always appreciate a contractor interested in solving my problem, especially when he doesn't get any business out of it. Sebastian was extremely knowledgeable and obviously very helpful.
