Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

"Because of plumbing work done previously in my split foyer house, large sections of walls and ceilings in laundry room, bathroom and family room had to be cut to replace the drain pipes.  I e-mailed Anthony explaining what I needed.  He responded right away and came to my house the next day to look over the project.  He was very professional and gave me an estimate on the spot, the charge for materials and labor was less than I had expected.  The drywall crew came three days later as agreed.  They were careful to keep a dusty type of work as clean as possible and completed the major portion of the job in one day.  Part of a second day was required for the final sanding and painting.  The workers were very professional and they did a great job.  In fact they went above of what I had expected. "I have been thinking about remodeling my shower since I purchased my home. I never took the steps towards the remodel because dealing with contractors can be scary. Well, Re-Bath has given me new hope in contractors. They did a great job!! They were helpful and professional from beginning to end. They stayed with-in my budget, and gave me great ideas. They completed my shower with in 3 days.... the shower door took a while because it was a custom door. He was still "on-point" with the time frame for the door. I was so comfortable that I left them in the house and went to the gym. I am in love with my bathroom, and I plan to do business with them again.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Albout 14 units replaced but there were some issues with cabinets that had to be repaired since the employee damaged the doors. The damaged was repaired. There was a clall back on several of the heaters but that was a function of the heater manufacturer. These items were addressed and put in working order. There was some concern that the heaters were seconds but we were assured that this was not the case. I think the job was too large and smaller jobs will be handled apropriately
