I called H&W and made arrangements for them to come out and fix the damage as well as just do general maintenance on it.  The tech called before he came out and arrived on time, as scheduled. He repaired the damage done by the dog, and performed the maintenance. He took the time to show me where the potential for trouble was in the unit and to answer my questions about it. He was very polite and professional. I am pleased with the quality of the work and service that I received, as well as with the price. I would absolutely recommend H&W and use them again for any HVAC problems I may have.
