"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. He asked me some questions over the phone to isolate the problem and told me he would be at my home within two hours. He arrived on schedule, found the problem- a part of the main drain was clogged. He removed the toilet and snaked the main drain, thus solving the problem.  The old toilet was greatly deteriorated, He replaced the toilet, including installing a new shutoff value.
