Erik immediately contacted me to review my issues with my water heater. HE LOOKED up my warranty FOR ME... He took the time to call my water heater company, found my contract and my remaining warranty. He helped me with all my options and was never pushy or aggressive. He explained everything in a language I can understand and was absolutely professional. He and his team, came by replaced my water Heather and other items from my furnace.
