For each area they either had a solution or offered sound advice. I had purchased online the night before a new water heater. They went to the store and brought it back. Removing the old heater and a few other items which were faulty. They installed the new heater, keeping me informed of each step. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
