"I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service. From my phone inquiry, to the estimator visit, to the service technician, everyone was informative, polite, and professional. My torquemaster spring system had broken, so after much research, I decided to convert to a torsion spring system. I opted for the powder coated springs, since they came with a lifetime warranty for the springs and all associated hardware. I discovered Precision Door Service on Angie's list, along with numerous other "A" rated companies. I did make inquiries with several other companies, but found the warranties to be inadequate, even though the phone price quotes were lower than what I ended up paying to Precision Door Service. Additionally, Precicison's website was much more informative about their products and services, including the videos. While I may never need their services again, I definitely will call them if I do."

"Zach the technician was prompt and very professional. He answered all my questions and was polite and kind. He did his job and did it well. I would definitely recommend Discount Garage Doors for any of my future garage door needs."

"Mike Maidulacdo, Service technician for S.V. Service, was excellent.  He was professional, yet cordial.  He installed a new keless entry pad and he explained what he needed to do and why.  He shared service tips to help keep the garage door in good repair.  And when asked, gave information about costs for possible future repairs (not needed at this time), such as springs and rollers.

"They came out on time and replaced the steel line wire that was broken. I needed new  torsion springs and rollers. My side keypad was not working and they replaced it with a new one.
Everything was done in a timely manner and they were both very friendly.
Will use them again for any garage door problems.
Excellent service.

"Wonderful! My doors needed were an odd size but they made them to fit perfect."

"We ordered about 28 Gorell windows from them for a remodel.  The second floor was completely rebuilt so we had both new construction and replacement windows.  The salesman was very nice, but maybe not so experienced.  He had our blueprint plans to work with, but missed the fact that we needed tempered glass or impact window over the tub to meet code.  He definitely should have known this.  Also, in some places we put 2 windows side by side which requires a mullion (the piece that goes between them to anchor them together).  We got the runaround when we tried to get the mullions from them.  Couldn't get a straight answer out of them, they kind of tried to act like it was something the installer should get and they didn't have them, then they changed their tune and got them for us.

All in all, we're happy with the windows, just not the company.  Unreturned calls, mistakes, etc.   I'd say if you buy windows from them, let your contractor deal with them and make sure the order is right and complete.

"They installed the sliding windows when we where on a curse. When we got back the windows where in along with a new back door. It looked great a job very well done with no signs that anyone had been there.
