Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Mark answered the phone on the second ring, came by and looked at the project the next day and was able to starting working on it right away. It was a 2 day project and by the time the other plumbers I called finally got back to me,  Mark was almost finished!  He is very knowledgable and advised me on a freezing pipe situation as well. He is very customer service focused and understands that if you are calling a plumber you probably want to speak to a plumber vs. voicemail. company. The furnace installer brought in this company to do the full removal
of our old furnace and the asbestos.
The price in removal was included in with our install, so I
do not have an exact cost. Plus I don't think that really matters when you are
talking about your health and family?s health. The two men that came in to do
the job were friendly, quick and careful. They laid down fabric to protect our
floors and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would highly
recommend them to another homeowner.
