"The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee.
