"This was a Home depot purchase and they use DRF to contract the install on 2018 had 2 tankless water heaters installed they are Navien 240S the heat exchanger is leaking and as the customer I have to call for the warranty issue as DRF will not or they want to send someone for triple the price to inspect the unit.
