"The estimator came out when I called them. I had done some research on ratings and they had one of the best ratings. I called them and they had an estimator come out a few days later. I had told them that I was not looking for the standard 5 or 6-foot wood board here. It was going to be at the front of my home, across the front patio, and down the side of my home. The purpose of it was, I needed a second place for my dogs to live because I have a dog run. The dog run is covered, where I can usually park fosters when I need too, but I don’t want to park fosters with my clan because sometimes the fosters arrive without any bedding and I have to get them into a vet and I’m not going to comingle a disease or dogs been a stray with my pack. Then there’s flees in my bed. So, I wanted to add a fence. So, they came out and had a brochure on aluminum powder coated fencing and we settled on a 5-foot-high fence that has an aluminum spar every four inches, and the bottom 18 inches has double number of spars every couple inches so a small dog can’t get out through the openings. They ran 150 feet of that, about 50 feet across the front of my home, about 80 feet down the side of the home and then another 40 feet from the back corner to the back corner of my home. I had to order the fencing. They don’t build it, they buy it. So, they ordered the fencing. I called them 2 weeks later to check where we were on my fencing. He says I was on his list to call today and they’ll be there tomorrow. Three-man crew shows up about 8 o’clock in the morning with all the materials. They dig all the holes, put in all the posts, install the fence. They cleaned up meticulously. They were out of here by 4 o’clock in the morning. Did a great job. I wouldn’t give the price an A, it’s for about 150 feet of fence it’s a lot, but it’s a gorgeous fence. It wasn’t cheap. Side bar on the professionalism, the foreman sees my granddaughter and asks her to come over and asks her how high she can reach. And he mounts the front gate latch where she can reach it. Now that’s service for you!"

"I liked that CJ was thorough. He made sure to let me know what was going on, while I was on vacation and he was completing the deck for my husband as a surprise for Fathers day. He called, sent me a text messages and was great at keeping me informed. Before I left to have him do the work, I had some concerns with some steps that were build from the previous owners. They were not attached or supported very well. He did a great job at reinforcing those steps; there are no so many cross beams and support that those steps are not going anywhere and do not even move at all either. He did most of the work by himself, but had a crew out depending on the day. They came out early and stayed out working until the evening. He and his crew were great, polite and respectful to my home. He worked with me on pricing and found the best product for what we were looking for. Chester is just what we wanted as a contractor. He took ample time to discuss our needs and offered many suggestions that we hadn't thought of. He offered for us to look at a job in progress near us that he was working on so that we could see the quality and nature of his work. We listened to two other contractors and their estimates, but we thought that Chester was extremely knowledgeable about all facets of things that concerned us including the all important esthetics. When we decided to select him as our contractor, he came back at appointed time with a thorough contract that he allowed us to amend to our satisfaction. Very professional and easy to do business with.

Once work began, his crew (plumber and tile installer) came every day on time, laid protective floor covering everywhere needed-especially important in the tear-out of the pre-existing bath fixtures and appliances. The workmen were always careful about not making messes and always leaving each day so that we didn't feel like we were in the middle of a war zone ( I've been there before with other prior renovations!). As is normal, there were a few surprises about the existing plumbing lines that required decision making on our part. Once assessed of the options that included code requirements, our preferences were honored.  As things progressed, we were often consulted about our preferences about this and that.

When work was complete, there were no surprises, and no disappointments. We got what we hoped for and expected.



The work was of high quality and done right. My spouse and I are-at least perfectionist-to some degree and we were both happy.

Some months later when there were several issues of pretty minor consequence-but important to us-Chester responded immediately-no put-offs, excuses, or other common rationalizations. He returned with his plumber (at least an hour or more away from us) and took care of the small issues we wanted.

I've always believed that you get what you pay for...and with Chester we got that and my wife and myself are very happy to recommend him-and recommend him highly.
