"I knew I needed a specialist to restore my main bath shower due to moisture evident outside the shower on the drywall. Never having used Angi, I was uncertain that it was the correct action; however, when offered the opportunity to talk to a PRO, I made the leap and was connected to MORRY RS. I had found my specialist. After a lengthy conversation about my issue, he traveled to my home and quickly diagnosed the most likely problem (moisture behind the shower walls and floor with mold) and sent a team the next day who used moisture meters to determine whether or not it existed and, if so, the areas involved. I was allowed to participate and observe their work. After the team lead advised the specialist about the findings and that I concurred, the team removed all materials infected with mold, including the drywall.
