"This is my second experience with Joyce Plumbing and Heating. The first time was a new hot water tank. When you have your local city inspector tell you during inspection of the tank installation that "oh, Joyce did it? Then I don't even need to look at the installation...". That was a ringing endorsement!! We then moved to a mini-split heating/cooling system for our house. These guys were just terrific. We had 3 units put into our house and the team worked flawlessly. From Will (our super human sales guy) to Tina in the Joyce P&H office (customer care) to Calvin and his team, we were very well treated, on time and under budget. I highly recommend Joyce Plumbing and Heating and we will be using them again. You should to!!"

"I hired them for my annual furnace clean/tune up. They were friendly, very professional, and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them in the future for any of my furnace maintenance or repairs. Very satisfied. Thanks HomeAdvisor."

"Best customer service and technicians. Stephanie, Lead Installation Coordinator, acts promptly in scheduling and keeps customers informed of updates. Ryan, Installation Technician, has been exceptionally knowledgeable in resolving both heating and air conditioning issues. Highly recommend Palmer Gas & Oil Nancy R"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"was very professional with the installation of a humidifier system. Since he is from a small company the cost was lower than the large installers but of the same or better quality."

"Excellent communication from Keith; outstanding service from Roger. Professional, timely, and reasonably priced. They came in under estimate on my boiler repair and advised that a second bit of work that had previously been discussed was not going to be necessary. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!"

"Good job at a reasonable price. Would definitely use service again."

"It went very well. They had a good price. They got everything done in one day. The workers were very polite and respectful in my property. I highly recommend them to all."

"Kyle did a great job servicing my heat system. Brought out parts that needed to be replaced before our heat was turned on. Labor price was less than I expected and comparable to others I have used in the past. Would definitely recommend him."

"The owner is committed to running a business you can depend on. He listens to any concerns, and gives a fair price for his services. There is a big team now, but I feel the owner still is very involved in making sure quality service is maintained."
