"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"The company is awesome. From the initial bid to placing the last window, all employees were courteous and professional. Watching the men remove and install each window was like watching a ballet in motion. With very few words the men synchronized their motions to effortlessly remove and install the windows. We noticed a crack in one of the window edges, sent a picture to Barb (Vice-president) who ordered a new window for us the same day she received the picture. The entire staff was quite attentive to all of our needs. We are very pleased for all that was done for us and would definitely recommend them to others
Barb and her staff are the best. It is nice to know that people still care about you and the quality of their work"

"Rick always does excellent work. Would recommend him to anyone looking to replace or repair a garage door.

"Installed kick plates in kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Nice job! And, matched the cabinets perfectly! Installed a dimmer switch in the hall and a new intake exhaust ceiling fan in the guest bathroom. Replaced parts in 2 toilets that kept running and a wax ring in 1 that was wobbly. Everything got done on the list in an efficient manner... and they even cleaned up after themselves!!! Thank you so much for all you did, Maurice & Andrew. I really appreciate your efforts!"

"Nick was very careful in the instillation, as I have a hallway that was custom painted and the paint could not be re-matched.  He came in from start to clean up and was finished in 2 hours.  Nick did fabulous work. He was very cautious of my hallway and he was very clean with the cut out and clean up.  The door looks great and like it was always there.  Nick is very kind and courteous.  Very punctual and very accurate with his measurements.  He is a true professional. I will continue to not only use him but refer him out to all of my real estate customers, family and friends.

"Job went very well! Travis installed ceiling fans on patio and fixed the ceiling afterwards. Very professional service"

"I had hired someone else (not on Angie’s List). They took all day to install one of the two doors and did a poor job. I told them not to come back. Rolando sent two guys to install the second door and reinstall the one that the first guys screwed up. They did a great job and only took two hours. Thanks Rolando!"
