Matthew Roberts came and assessed the problem correctly and fixed the issue at a reasonable price and we are extremely happy with their work. "Anthony from Benzah Vent Cleaning is extremely friendly. I never felt like he was too busy or important to service the chimney. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather issues (they have to go on top of the roof.) This is a safety hazard and itâ s challenging to reschedule but he even came out on a normal day off. He charged less than another company I had spoke with last year. This is a very busy time of year for chimneys to get cleaned but he got me an appointment before the holidays and we appreciate it."
