"It was great!  They did an excellent job.  They were very careful to not destroy the yard except where they had to dig.  They had to bring a back hoe into my back yard and the run to the storm sewer was quite a distance.  It took a while to get scheduled because of weather and emergencies that they had, but I was ok with that since mine was not time critical.  I was very impressed that they layed down  plastic to put the dirt they dug up on so that it didn’t mess up more of the yard.  The guys were very professional and friendly.  I have had this project done 2 other times since I have lived in the house 12 years.  I told them this and they took it to heart and did everything they could  (larger pipe, etc.) to ensure I would never have to have this done again.  I wish I had had these people do the job the first time.  I feel very confident that the job was done right!"

"Peoples Gas had turned-off gas to fix a minor leak and the hot water heater pilot wouldn't go back on. Neither we nor Peoples Gas knew the correct way to do it. We called Scottish Plumber who had installed the hot water heater two years ago and they set an appointment for the next morning.
