"We were looking to have a new covered patio installed with a fire feature. We had quotes from several different companies but didn’t feel satisfied with either the price or the company ‘s vision. Then we came across Arrowhead. After reaching out to them, we received a phone call within a couple of hours and had an estimate completed by Jim within a few days. We had a general idea of what we wanted but Jim really blew us away by showing us several different options and photos of some their quality of work to help us visualize the plan. Within 1-2 business days, Jim had our estimate with a couple of different options and a 3D plan. Arrowhead was very reasonable in terms of price when comparing to other companies. After thinking things over, we found an idea of a unique outdoor linear fireplace from a website to go along with Jim’s plan for the patio and pavilion. We sent a photo of the fireplace over to Jim and within a day he had a price which was more reasonable than we expected. Jim also had some great ideas when it came to the design of the patio and pavilion. Work began as expected. Jim did an excellent job coordinating all of the different tradesmen to complete our project (patio installers, carpenters, electricians and plumber). All of the workers were very courteous and the project was completed faster than expected even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. We are so happy with our new patio! I was a bit nervous about the entire project at the start but after we met Jim I knew we were in good hands. I would highly recommend Jim and Arrowhead to anyone looking to complete an outdoor project."

His creativity and design are amazing. We had a difficult space that he was able to make sense of and work outside the box. He was able to figure out what I wanted and what I needed to take a very difficult kitchen space and open it up and add a bathroom. He also had many vendors for cabinets and lighting he was able to turn to that fit our needs and budget. My kitchen is the truly the heart of the house now. We also hired him to pick out lighting, paint colors inside and outside and to consult on difficult decisions we had for the house. He was also able to consult with contractors and convey our needs when we were not available. He was able to flawlessly pull together the theme of the house as well as integrate our stuff into the design of the house. He was quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. "1st I I prepare the walls By scraping or open off I'm filling up the holes with plastic Then sand it down and put Is primer over it. Then I painted the walls a nice color Gray With a semi white baseballs and window seals I did this to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the bathroom. It came up very nice I like to do my work as I like if it was my house . The owner was very pleased with the work I did . I've been painting for over 10 years and I love to paint it's a real good hobby"

"Trying to execute a major outdoor renovation project during a time of global supply chain disruptions poses many challenges. Happy to report that Mal and PHI navigated that rocky path very well. Mal kept us informed of the many changes coming from the supplier as far as colors and delivery. It was a long process...8 months between signing the contract and having the work completed. In the end we are very happy with the product and the quality of the work. A major windstorm hit the area the day after the work was completed and put the installation to the test. Everything held up perfectly...no loose bits flapping on the house or flying around the yard. In researching this project ahead of time, we had spoken with many friends who've had their siding replaced and none of them were especially happy with their contractor.
