"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "Furnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old. The noise returned, and we will have Eric install the replacement in a couple of days. We are happy to be repeat customers because he was professional, prompt, and helpful during the first visit."

"We had David and his team install a new mini-split air conditioning/heating unit in our upstairs. From start to finish he did an excellent job! He worked around our busy schedule, showed up on time, completed the project and cleaned everything up when done. Couldn’t be happier with his work. He even took time to cover my guitar collection so it wouldn’t get dusty during construction. Biggest challenge was finding the proper 220V wiring (house was built in 1937) and installing a new circuit breaker in the panel box. Everything works great! His two helpers were friendly, very polite and extremely professional. I highly recommend DLO Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs!"
