"Leo's Home improvement exceeded my expectations. I have been trying to get my deck enclosed for the pass 8 years or so but due to county restrictions I was not allowed a roof. Peter came up with this brilliant idea to just build another deck on top with an insulated roof. He was persistent with dealing with the county office for about a week until he got approval. I must also point out that he was there every day either working or ensuring that everything was being done correctly. I highly recommend Leo's home improvement and I am passing out his information to all my friends. I have received compliments from all my neighbors on how much they love it."

Deck is solid and looks great. Pedro and Juan were professional and personable. Take aways a from experience: Ensure you pull permits and ask to do so up front, wait to screen in your porch if you plan to stain, if your budget can handle it put up aluminum gutters vice any plastic gutters, screen doors can sag, and really just enjoy your new deck. This deck is really a vacation at home."

We had some zoning issues that delayed the start of the porch, but Phoenix took care of the whole process for us. We did not have to lift a finger to fill out any paperwork or deal with any county zoning people. And because there was a delay in starting our project, they gave us free upgrades, even though the delay was not their fault! Once they started the project, it went incredibly smoothly.
