"I’m so incredibly thankful I found Boston Restoration Group after my apartment got flooded. Stan helped me through each step of this very stressful situation. They were extremely knowledgeable, helping me understand how to take the proper steps to remediate the water damage, prevent further damage, and restore my property back to the way it was. They did a very thorough inspection of the damage using diagnostic thermal cameras and humidity testing equipment to pin point all the wet areas that needed attention. They educated me on the steps needed to properly remediate and restore my property following all IICRC standards of care. They were always on time, clean, respectful, professional, honest, and protected all my belongings and walls. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them and their guidance. They are the only company I would trust in any of my properties if anything happens again. Thank you Boston Restoration Group!"

"This company is absolutely first-rate in every way. Jerry responded right away and came out the next day to assess the situation. A leak behind a chimney caused mold and rot in the bathroom wall which was extensive. Jerry's crew came out the next day and, with efficiency and expertise, removed the damaged material and set up machines to dry out the remaining portion of the wall. Jerry arranged for the asbestos removal in the flooring as well, and has initiated contact with a construction company to rebuild the wall. We could not be more pleased with Water, Fire, Mold. If there were more than five stars to give, we would give them."

"Oscar is a man of knowledge, wisdom, and efficiency!!! if you have came across his business i highly recommend you look no further....he is your guy for all recovery services"

"Prompt response, prompt evaluation and estimate, prompt work. They removed the mold stains from our sunroom completely, and didn't damage the paint. They did, unavoidably, bleach wooden beams to some extent. I think the price was on the high side, but a previous estimate from another company was quadruple this one!"

"NE Water cleaned up our basement after a sewer pipe burst. Tom, Natalie, Adam and their team made our house whole and safe again in no time. Extremely professional and informative about the process and dealing our insurance company. Tom made sure we got everything we were entitled to. Highly recommend them. Cheers!"

"After the service I received from First Restoration I will never go with another company. If you have any water, fire, or mold damage call these guys. The owner is awesome and very personable."
