He says no worries and he?ll be there for the scheduled appointment on 12/9. He tells me he?ll call me the next day. I never received a phone call from him so I called him back to see if Friday was the better option. He tells me someone will be there around noon on Friday. Friday around 1 pm I call Vasyl and he tells me his guy is on his way to Lowe?s to pick up the toilet and should be there in an hour.
