"Came in looked at the system, said we needed to replace a part and when I wasn't interested in doing that he closed everything up and left. In the past the service providers we have used have taken readings, provided us with the diagnostics, cleaned the system and the coils. This was a huge waste of money."

The installation job looks fantastic including support bars, not just straps, to insure the furnaces do not sag over time. As the electronic variable speed motors on these higher efficiency units are expensive to replace, I would recommend surge suppressors on inside and outside units. They are cheap and provide a little peace of mind since surges are not covered by manufacturer warranties."
