"We love our new windows, and we would highly recommend the company! Everything from the initial estimate/sales set-up through final installation has been so professional and well-done. We initially reached out a few years ago to get estimates on windows for the entire house (along with a few other companies), and with Craftsmen, we never felt pressured or like anyone wasted our time with an annoying sales pitch. We decided to wait, and we reached back out at the end of 2020 to get updated estimates. They still had all of our information and were very helpful and prompt at getting updated totals. We had some concerns with ordering (as it was in the early days of the pandemic) depending on regional closures or delays, and they were reassuring and flexible with our plan. During the installation process, everyone was so professional. Often with outside contractors, people default communicating with my husband, yet I'm the one coordinating, so it can often be frustrating, but that was absolutely not the case with Craftsmen. Everyone was very kind and respectful no matter who they were talking with. Besides just getting all of our windows replaced, we also had a large wall cut out and a custom window added, which we were a bit nervous how that would go with our stucco, and it turned out beautifully, and it was such a nice relief to know that no matter what - the crew would handle it. It was quite the undertaking and a very large investment from us, but it was so worth it for how beautiful everything looks inside and out and how seamless the process went."

I had a lot of issues with my back yard with water standing and it was difficult to use the back yard and cut the grass without causing damage. "I initially contacted CK Tile and Stone in May and they said they were swamped as a result of their 'Big Deal' promotion $550 for 40 Sq ft of back splash till end of July (fancy designs, materials, could cost extra). We decided that we'd wait for things slow down for them. Then in July they said they had a cancellation and could fit us in. <br /> We had already purchased our tiles and we took longer to come up with a design for the section above the range while they were on-sitee. We had an additional area at the table next to the pantry that that worked on as well. This was a 2 day effort to let the grout/tile adhesives to dry. They were accommodating to our design ideas and provided ideas of their own. <br /> The overall workmanship and quality looks great! They cleaned up the left over debris and materials. They came back a 3rd day since we requested additional caulking and sealing (for the limestone tiles). We are very satisfied and would love to have them over to do the same when we decide to finish our basement! <br />"
