"I am writing this review after a year because I wanted to test it out and provide an honest review. We replaced our AC unit with a new one with the help of NathanD. He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction. "The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"Darrow asked us a lot of questions and suggested that we try to repair it before replacing it (Which would cost 6K!). he said we probably could get some more life out of it and resolve some of the issues we were having. He also said that if we invested some money in it but still needed to replace it, he would take that into account in replacement costs. So clearly he was confident his repairs would work. And they did! rather than spending 6K, we have spent a few hundred dollars and the a/c is doing much better! I am so happy we can delay replacing for at least a year or two."

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."

"Nick returned calls promptly and arrived on time.  I asked him to text me when he was on his way, and he did.  He was nice to work with and explained our options along the way.   He initially came to our house on 4:30 on a Monday.  Then he came back Tuesday with the first necessary part.  He then ordered the new furnace and installed it on Sunday, which was perfect for us, since we didn't have to take time off from work.  The replacement went smoothly.
