He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction. "Darrow asked us a lot of questions and suggested that we try to repair it before replacing it (Which would cost 6K!). he said we probably could get some more life out of it and resolve some of the issues we were having. He also said that if we invested some money in it but still needed to replace it, he would take that into account in replacement costs. So clearly he was confident his repairs would work. And they did! rather than spending 6K, we have spent a few hundred dollars and the a/c is doing much better! I am so happy we can delay replacing for at least a year or two."

"RKM made this almost a pleasure. We started with a service call to evaluate/fix the old A/C. Richard was on-time, skilled and helpful. RKM phoned to confirm appointments and sent email messages to keep us updated re: arrival times. When new equipment was needed - Robert helped us navigate the choices and design a system that was a more efficient Energy Star rated unit that met our needs at a price we could manage. We didn't need financing but, that was available as a reasonable option. Proposals, invoices and equipment brochures were all sent in detailed & easily understood email messages. Installation of the new system (furnace & A/C) went smoothly as scheduled. The installation team - Jonathan, Brian and Julio - were on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. They took care to protect our homes interior and yard. All of the old equipment was removed and new installed, tested, etc in one day. The new a/c compressor, made by Gorman is QUIET; It's only been 24 hours but, the house is COOL and we can't hear anything in the house or yard."

We were shown options that he could install right then and there, and told how we could do it ourselves if we wanted a different thermostat. We chose a different one and installed it according to their directions. We have been toasty warm all winter."

Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."
