"What a great crew! They really helped us after Hurricane Ian! We had a national brand who had done some initial clean up for us but who couldn’t do the mold remediation work. When THIS team engaged, they also identified things the initial vendor didn’t do correctly or should’ve done differently, and they resolved those problems … including discovering mold BEHIND our shower because it was originally tiled over drywall vs cement board!! We wouldn’t have found that until it rotted out. They crew was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We gave them our keys to come and go as they needed. We felt they treated our home with care and they did a really good job. The house is dry, mold-free, mildew-free, no smells, all the studs were treated, and we are now ready to drywall and put in flooring. Thank you to this amazing crew! The only thing I would’ve done differently is hire them in the FIRST place instead of the national brand. Stellar service!!"

"I had always heard that dealing with contractors is not easy until I met Joel and Mike from QRS. I can not find words to explain how wonderful professional, fast, clean and extremely fair these guys are. The work was done at my investment property that is about one hour drive from my residence. I didn't have to be there every day or even once to see how they are working or what was the progress. They were on schedule and finished the work without needing any supervision. will recommend QRS to all of my friends and family because I honesty believe that they are the best."

"Great! The house smelled so fresh and clean when we returned home. Alejandro always responded quickly to my emails and calls. We have used Venpro Restoration 3 times now and are always been highly satisfied with their work. I would recommend their services to everyone."

"It went great, and we hired them to perform additional maintenance for our chimney as well as others in our building. Everyone was very pleased with the service, warranty, and price.

"He confirmed my suspicions that I had a toxic mold problem in my cabin and was able to tell me what was salvageable and what was not. Within a few days he was able to clean out the affected areas, including dry wall and insulation. From the moment he set up the "air scrubber", I could smell a VAST improvement in the air quality. He's been a great resource on how to care for what I could salvage and he hauled off what I couldn't as well as taking the time to answer my many questions.. He's made recommendations on re-winterizing the cabin and how to avoid this situation in the future. Thank you (Home Advisor) for this referral."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
