"It went very well and I was quite happy with it. They came in and they were nice. They were professional, answered my questions, explained things, and they were very good. I priced around and the $249 price was very good. I've never had my ducts cleaned, so I assume that it good. I was a little taken back because, I didn't realize they cut a hole in my system to do it. We've not had a problem. They patched it. They blow the stuff down from the ducts and flush it out. That's the way it is done."

The assessment of the house, the spec'ing of the equipment, clean and creative installation, attention to detail, etc. They even have a dedicated "project manager" to answer day to day questions and organize the work to be performed. I have only been running the system for 3 months, but every bill has been lower than last year so far. As an engineer, I would have liked to be more involved in the process but their decisions were 95% the same as I would have made. They may not have been the lowest cost, but they were worth it to me."
