"Called provider to come back out after having already performed our semi-annual maintenance.  They came back out to clean on of my units that was blowing dirt out.  They did not see it with when they performed the maintenance and indicated that the labor involved with cleaning it was not part of the service agreement due to the nature and labor involved.  The technician spent an hour performing the cleaning for me and discussing ways to prevent this from happening and how to handle it if it does.  He did not charge me a thing!  They are always very willing to work with us and are always on time and even early!
