He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Response time was awesome as well as customer service. They scheduled our appt same day with a 2 hour window and arrived on time. I was trying to replace a bathroom faucet when I noticed that my shut off valves were not turning off the water completely. They confirmed that my 22 year old valves were not working properly and replaced them as well as changing out the faucet for me. The next day I noticed I had a slight leak under a sink in another bathroom. No amount of me making adjustments was working and I noticed that the valves in this bathroom were also not shutting off the water.
