"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"As part of a major kitchen renovation I hired Harry to do a complete re-pipe of the all the gas lines in the house. This included increasing the pipe sizes from 3/4" to 1" and 1/2" to 3/4" to provide proper gas pressure to the new and existing appliances. He also installed a seismic shutoff valve that was required by the building inspection department. Harry knows his stuff and was easy to work with. He did a good job and completed it on time. Frankly I don't remember the exact date or price but it started with a plugged drain that if I agreed before they started to clear it would be one price and if it turned out to be a big drain in the pipe under the house it would be another price, but if I prepaid a cheaper price up front even if it was just the pipe in my house it would cost me much less if I needed the whole thing done, but that price was twice the price of just unclogging my plugged drain in my sink. I had used them before and like them but this ruse was ridiculous, and I have never used them again.
