"It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. "We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

"Amazing is the first word that comes to mind! We had just the best experience with Jakubek Inc! We decided to remodel two of our bathrooms when he had tile fall in one of our showers. Just days before our project was supposed to start in May 2023 I had to cancel the project as we found out my husband was sick. David was so understanding and compassionate. We ended up resuming the bathrooms in Nov 2023. David communicated with us every step of the way and always checked with us when if something was going to change. I couldn’t believe our bathrooms were done in the two week timeline that we were told. Heck, David was even at our house for the inspection two days after his baby was born! "Mihai and his team were recommended to us by a coworker and we're very glad that they connected us. We wanted to re-do our main bathroom, keeping the existing footprint, but basically starting over with all fixtures, tile, etc. Mihai came by the house to take measurements and got back to us relatively quickly with an estimate that was very clear as to what it would include. He also responded quickly to questions and we agreed to move forward. We appreciated that during the project, Mihai would keep us up to date on when certain members of his team would be there and they were all courteous and respectful of our home. We got delayed during the project due to a couple of unexpected issues (on our end) and Mihai worked with us to get back in as soon as possible. In addition, he helped us with a couple of other items not related to the bathroom renovation, which was very helpful since they would have been projects that were too small on their own. One item that I would note is that NorPro does not provide design services and you will need to secure all of the materials such as tile, vanity, toilet, faucets, etc. This was not an issue for us as we had a very good idea of what we wanted, but something to know if you are not working with a designer. Mihai did provide us with some good recommendations for where to get tile and reviewed our orders for other items to ensure that everything would work. We are very happy with the results of our project and would recommend Mihai and NorPro if you need remodeling services."
