"The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. However, I asked why they didn't have any reviews, I learned they've been around for quite a few years, but just joined in with HomeAdvisor, so I think we're their first review. We had a leak in our main water line by the meter (just before our relatives were due to arrive for the holidays). Needing to get it fixed right away, we asked for quotes from 4 Home Advisor professionals. Nate and his team responded promptly to our request and came out within a couple hours provide an estimate. Clearwater was the only estimate that didn't involve tearing up the sidewalk and was very fair and competitive. In the end, they were able to make repairs at the valve (working in tight spaces) without needing to replace significant lengths of pipe, thus the final bill was well under the original estimate. Most of the other services really pushed for replacing the entire line. Clearwater, while cautioning us that was a possibility, they preferred to see what they found so they could make a recommendation accordingly. Fair, honest, and the only surprise with the bill was being way less than expected."

"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."
