"Given an estimate for two people at $120 hour for four hours $500 with a 10% military discount $450. Heater came in on a Friday installed following Tuesday. Got one Person for 1.5 hours of labor with my help and still charged the $450. Company had to come back and cover pipes, leak test and check flame quality. If you receive a hourly labor rate ask if it will be billed as an overall job. I was under the impression it was going to be at the hourly labor rate. if it comes back as a job then it can take and hour or seven but the job rate will cover that."

The toilet they were working on had had the seal replaced when we bought the house four years ago so the tech was surprised it was already leaking. After working on the toilet for a few minutes, they called me in to explain that the flange came up too high from the floor. He said they could cut the pipe to fix that issue, but that it would be much more expensive. Instead, we decided to use shims to make up for the height issue. They finished work on the toilet and then quickly fixed the sink pipe. I was originally quoted $175 for both repairs, but because the pipe was so corroded, it needed to be replaced (not just cleaned), thus resulting in a slightly higher cost. I could easily see the corrosion on the outside of the pipe, so I wasn't surprised and thought the price was still reasonable for both repairs. I would definitely call this company again for help!"
