"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. "The 2 plumbers that came to my house were very friendly and did a good job fixing my leaking pipe. But, I also felt they knew they had me in a tough situation and charged a very high price for this amount of work. After the plumber left I realized that it was very possible that the reason for the leak was that this pipe was not secured to the wall and could be disturbed by movement from the outside hose bib. I called the office and told them of this situation and felt that the plumber should come back and secure this pipe. The office lady said she would tell her supervisor. Oak plumbing contacted me concerning this issue and then came back and secured the pipe as needed. I was impressed that they followed up which made for a happy customer."
