"Excellent service from start to finish. John, Isaak and Nate have always provided great solutions at a fair price. They were able to accommodate our quick time frame and made sure every detail was in order and explained fully at final trim! We are happy to call them “our” HVAC guys! Would recommend them highly to anyone!"

"I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

"Washington Energy Services did a great job installing our air conditioner, air filtration system, generator and new hot water heater. Charles Hassa did an excellent job explaining our options, providing guidance and answering our questions about the project. The installation technicians did an outstanding job with the installations. They were wonderful about communicating when they would be arriving on site, describing their work, responding to our requests, and cleaning up the job site. Charles and the installation teams, and everyone that we worked with at Washington Energy Services were all very knowledgeable, professional and experienced."

"i didn't hire directly. they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem.
they were solid. liked the guy who came out. he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

"Overall the service appeared to be successful. However, he did not have the filters on hand to replace them, and I had to use one of my own. He wanted to be very efficient and insure that the cooling of the air conditioners were getting to each room of the house, which then meant that he went to the rooms to check the temperature. This has never been done before from any other technician, and it was felt that it wasn't necessary.

"For handyman work, deal was for 8 hours of work, but she, the dispatcher, explained in advance that it would mean 2 workman for 4 hours of work, problem was I had no materials so they spent the first 1.5 hours (or 3 hours since it was 3 of them) going to Home depot . This outfit uses a remote dispatcher, so there was a constant stream of calls between the workman calling the dispatcher and the dispatcher calling me to talk about additional time. She did credit me with an hour worths of time for this inconveniencewhich I liked.
Some of the drywall repairs were a multiday job, so they would have had to come back, and I have yet to have that completed. I Decided I would find someone else to finsih up, but for what they did the first day was fine. They also did a little work on the upstiars bannister rialng that our dog had chewed into, but it still needs to be painted.
Other tasks like fixing a light fixture that had come loose, they glued into place, this is OK, except when the bulb goes out again and I will have the same problem as before. There was a socket or series of sockets not working in the kitchen, which really needs an electrician (they admitted as much), but he tried to replace the first socket, and said it worked , but it doesn't, so that will need to be redone. The caulk job they did in the shower does not look that good either.
Overall for the money we sepont we did not even come close to getting our money's worth/. I think this sort of deal is OK, IF you have the materials you need ahead of time, and IF you know exactly what needs to be done. If not, you are bettter off asking friends, coworkers and neighbors for a good handyman. We had a good handyman but he moved last year, so that's why I tok a chance on this deal.
