"We chose BeastBay Plumbing for a complete home repipe after meeting with several companies. Ron Buris and Jovon were professional and promised great service, which is why we hired them. I requested the work be permitted. The crew worked hard, but cleanup could have been better. Unfortunately, the day after the job was completed, a newly installed pipe behind our chimney leaked, soaking our brick fireplace. They repaired it, but it leaked again a couple of days later, causing more water damage. We had to shut off our water and went without water until Monday because no technician was available Sunday. I was told someone would bring fans to dry the area, but no one came, so I rented them myself. The city later failed the inspection, requiring additional corrections. We paid quite a bit for this project. After final payment, communication became very poor. I expected better follow-up and accountability for a job of this size."

"Jpc Rooter plumbing are very proffesional. They will explain the problem and give the solution of your problem. I am very happy of their job when my pipe in my crawlling space was broken. Everthing was cleaned in my crawlling space and the dirty water came out and the broken pipe replace a new one. I highly recomment to every body who has a plumbing problem. "The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"As part of a major kitchen renovation I hired Harry to do a complete re-pipe of the all the gas lines in the house. This included increasing the pipe sizes from 3/4" to 1" and 1/2" to 3/4" to provide proper gas pressure to the new and existing appliances. He also installed a seismic shutoff valve that was required by the building inspection department. Harry knows his stuff and was easy to work with. He did a good job and completed it on time. I'm very satisfied with the quality and the price of his work and I will gladly recommend him."

"Leo did a very extensive plumbing repair that required digging through my bathroom floor and replacing a huge pipe to the outside. He also prepared and installed piping and fixtures for a bathroom remodel. Always showed up when he said he would and had a great crew. Cleaned up as well. Would highly recommend."

"AceStar Plumbing arrived on a Saturday morning, earlier than the agreed time. Even though my water heater is difficult to reach, and even more difficult to carry a bulky, heavy water heater down the outside of my house to install, they got in quickly, and before I knew it my new water heater was installed and I had hot water again. Really nice, thorough, and efficient plumbers. I had another little plumbing job, replacing a kitchen faucet, and Johnny Thoummavang returned the next day, a Sunday, and installed my new faucet quickly and efficiently. AceStar was in the higher price range for installing a water heater, but they came promptly, and they came on a weekend. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE! My only two suggestions for customers are one, be home early to wait for the plumbers to arrive, and two, make sure their ability to accept a credit card is working that day so you can charge it. This happened to my husband & me, and luckily it was not a problem for me to write them a check. However, when my husband and I were younger, with small children and only one income, I wouldn't have had that much extra money in my checking account to pay for this emergency. So, if you rely on credit to pay for emergencies, check if AceStar can take your credit card, before they come that day and definitely before they start the job. THEY'RE GREAT, and they're the only plumbing company I've ever put in my Evernotes and my phone contacts to call again should I need a plumber!"
