The only issue was the part they brought was materially different then the part it was replacing. Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people. And that may be the main thing we shop for in home services."

He replaced the pipe and additionally replaced a facet (at the tenant?s request). He was very nice on the phone and professional. James was very good spirited about the whole situation and also gave me an accurate cost
of the facet. He got everything done quickly and made time in his schedule to turn an evaluation into a full repair with additions.
