"Luis and Devin were at my home yesterday. My house is a complete mess because we are in the middle of a kitchen remodel. As part of it we needed some gas piping re-routed and were having the water heater which is located in a utility closet in our kitchen replaced. Upon arrival I explained to Luis the technician that we are ripping out the floors and the place is a mess so don't worry about spilling dripping etc. He still took great care to protect our floors, swept up and cleaned up after himself, took time to explain what he did and why he did it.
