"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"excellent rapid service Brandon got both hot water tanks to relight"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Michael Paone is a pro who knows what he is doing. Shows up on time and delivers as promised. Had a water heater that needed replacing and Paone Plumbing replaced and installed without a hitch. Highly recommend."

"J.T. came to evaluate installation of an over-the-range microwave. He was very thorough and explained everything so I could understand the complexities of the installation. Very friendly and competent!"

"After initial installation , system failures required replacing defective heat pump."

"Replaced my water heater in an emergency and went tankless. Super happy with the entire team. They provided me temporary hot water and came back the next day to put on the tankless water heater. They gave me options and I’m happy with going tankless"
