"This was an emergency service call. Main water supply pipe from street to our house had failed. They responded to call within 45 minutes, evaluated issue, gave us price, Within another half hour equipment showed up. Staff was friendly professional and efficient. Start to finish from initial phone call to replaced main with running water re-established was just over 4 hours. Really impressive company with great customer service. Thank you!"

"I called Milltown to come out for a quote to replace cracked sewer line under foundation. First visit was from Leo. He was so thorough and here for almost 2 hours. The next week the manager Cody came out to review and go over work that needed to be done, including excavation. Again, he so thorough. He provided me a quote, I plan on hiring them but I am waiting to hear back from our insurance company."

"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
