"We chose BeastBay Plumbing for a complete home repipe after meeting with several companies. Ron Buris and Jovon were professional and promised great service, which is why we hired them. I requested the work be permitted. The crew worked hard, but cleanup could have been better. Unfortunately, the day after the job was completed, a newly installed pipe behind our chimney leaked, soaking our brick fireplace. They repaired it, but it leaked again a couple of days later, causing more water damage. We had to shut off our water and went without water until Monday because no technician was available Sunday. I was told someone would bring fans to dry the area, but no one came, so I rented them myself. The city later failed the inspection, requiring additional corrections. We paid quite a bit for this project. After final payment, communication became very poor. I expected better follow-up and accountability for a job of this size."

"JPC came in and took their time to thoroughly inspect our kitchen so that they can give us options on how we can install a new gas line as we were switching from an electric to a gas range. Their pricing is very fair, they are friendly and courteous. When they found out that we forgot to purchase a flexible gas hose, they went above and beyond and went out to buy one. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing jobs."

"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"As part of a major kitchen renovation I hired Harry to do a complete re-pipe of the all the gas lines in the house. This included increasing the pipe sizes from 3/4" to 1" and 1/2" to 3/4" to provide proper gas pressure to the new and existing appliances. He also installed a seismic shutoff valve that was required by the building inspection department. Harry knows his stuff and was easy to work with. He did a good job and completed it on time. I'm very satisfied with the quality and the price of his work and I will gladly recommend him."

"A PGE serviceman "determined" that my earthquake gas shutoff valve was faulty and that I needed to have a plumber replace said valve. Steve came out and gave me a free estimate. Other companies wanted up to $100, just for an estimate. Stee explained exactly what needed to be one and gave a quote. I had other estimates- one was six times his quote! He was the least expensive but seemed the most knowledgeable. When i called back to ask him to do the job, he was able to come that day, took less than one half hour to complete the work, and then discovered that there was actually no gas flow through the meter. Calling PGE back, a second PGE service man came out and explained that the new regulator installed by the first one is a new model which has a shut off switch which must be reset any time the gas is shut off. This PGE person complimented the plumber (Steve) who had done the installation. I will call Pipe Down plumbing any time in the future that I need a plumber, and recommend him highly to anyone."
