Spent most of time trying to sell me on taking out all the existing insulation  and replacing it with blown in.

Then he started working me on replacing my entire heating and cooling system.  He said he would go back to office and figure the cost.  Would be back with me on Monday.   No return call.

Called him on Friday asked for quote.  Said he did get to it, said would get it ready by next Monday. Never heard from him.

"Matt is very meticulous and tested all parts of the system thoroughly. It was the first time I had a company test an A/C system where I felt the money was well-spent and that it would protect me for the cooling season. He spent well over an hour here going over everything. Matt's philosophy is that's it's often cheaper to repair and maintain equipment than to replace it. I agree with this approach. Matt noticed a refrigerant leak and found a couple of test valves that might have been the cause which he replaced. Also, replaced a run capacitor which was getting weak, and added 2 lbs of R-22. At the end I decided to sign up for a yearly service where he will come back in the fall to check the heating system. He provides free filters for the year with this service. He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and also a very nice guy! You won't go wrong with Matt."
