"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"My water heater was leaking and I needed immediate replacement or repair. Earl called, showed up, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. He was very professional and took pride in his work. After replacing and installing the water heater, he gave me training on what he installed. He hauled the defective water heater and cleaned after him. For me his courtesy and attention to detail was worth every dollar charged. I will hire him again if I ever have any other plumbing or A/C work. I am very satisfied costumer."

"The technician arrived promptly at 9 a.m. as scheduled. However, the 50-gallon water heater that I purchased would not fit in the space so the technician had to wait hours for a new one to be brought to my home. He was very courteous and professional. He apologized several times for the delay. A short time after the new water heater arrived, he had everything up and running.
