"It was a pleasure being able to have Robert come out to help with my family s water heater issues. He was very friendly and is a well experienced plumber (I believe he told me 20 years as a licensed plumber). Response time was excellent, same day service, and the cost of service was more reasonable than any other estimates we received. "The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

This company actually has answered all my phone calls or has phoned me right back. The person answering the phone has great communication skills and is professional and nice. Plumbers Justin and Vlad are both terrific, prompt, and professional. I really like that the company texts with updates. "JPC team did an excellent, professional job on our storm water sump pumps related project. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."
