"They contacted me right away, set up an appointment, came and did a wonderful presentation that was on a Tuesday. I had other contractors in between. They already sent me their estimates. I waited till that Saturday. And I emailed him, that I wanted to get his estimate. Never received anything. The following Monday, I called his number. He never got back with me.
