"Zach and his crew were amazing! Our old water heater sprung a massive leak at 2:00am on a Saturday morning. Contacted Zach at 7:30am and he called right back and was here within the hour. Not only did we replace our water heater with a tankless model, but also moved it from the second floor to garage. Zach did all of this on a Saturday for a flat fee!! He and his crew were here for 9 hours without complaint or even seeming to take a rest!! Knockout Plumbing is indeed a 'Knockout' and I would highly recommend!! Kudos to all!!"

"Nate did an amazing job installing a new toilet in our outdoor bathroom for guests to use while swimming, as well as replacing our leaky outdoor faucet. Everything is working great! We’re absolutely loving having the toilet available again, and the faucet no longer leaks and is so quiet when the water is running. Nate showed up on time, worked hard, and did a wonderful job. I’m extremely grateful and will definitely reach out to him again if we ever need more plumbing assistance. Highly recommend!!"

"Tyler came for inspection the next day after calling. The water was flooding to the street. It was thanksgiving time (Friday) and I had to shut off water from the house until the leak can be fixed. He gave me a quote of ($3900 with tax) which is very high compared to what needs to be done, but I was stuck given that its holiday and I needed water for the house ASAP. He came on Monday with Mark and brought a 3rd party company to locate the leak underground. They excavated and replaced the defective piece. It was a 3 hour job. It was made quick and professionally, but it was unreasonably overpriced and I felt my urgent situation and the fact that it's around holiday time was exploited for extra profit margin."
