My only minor complaint would be they left a little bit of a mess on the basement floor with sewer water, but that is understandable for dealing with the sewer. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."
