Those guys were able to get my old 75 gallon water heater out and the new one in with barely an inch to spare on either side. They didn't chip any paint. They were extremely careful. Those guys were working really hard and yet they had a great sense of humor and a good attitude. Steve gave me a fair price which was lower than the competitors. The installation was flawless. "Our central A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave.  I called around to several local HVAC companies and Christian was the only one to say they could come out within a day.  When I called I was not sure if the system could be fixed, or if it needed to be replaced completely - the system was installed in the house in 1976.  The repairman was prompt and professional, explaining everything he planned to do.  Fortunately he was able to get the system up and running again.  He did suggest replacing the system as an option and connected me with the sales department, but there was absolutely no pressure.  I appreciate their honesty - it would have been very easy to say that the system was beyond repair.  The system will eventually need to be replaced, and I will call Christian first when that time comes.   <br />"
