The crew were very friendly and made the effort to thoroughly answer all my questions to my satisfaction. They also added necessary items that I was not aware were required. Their drain line routings were a beauty to see. While backfilling and self compacting prior to the slab pour I was concerned about a soft, moist surface and partially reexcavated a portion of their work. Midtown returned and retested for leaks and verified that all plumbing was good, and at no extra cost. I was very impressed with their honesty, diligence and pride in their work."
